Born from direct
experience of the sector.

CompliantUK was not built in a boardroom or by a technology company looking for a market. It was built by people who have worked directly in the private rented sector — across lettings, acquisitions, and some of the most compliance-intensive housing environments in England.

We have seen compliance failures from every angle — tenants who did not know their rights, landlords who did not understand their obligations, and the gap between the two that too often goes unaddressed.

It was that direct experience — spanning the full spectrum of the private rented sector — and the recognition of how poorly existing tools serve the majority of landlords, that led to CompliantUK being formed.
